About Small L.E.A.P.S.
Living and observing our own family’s unhealthy lifestyles and the negative consequences (high stress, addiction, low self-esteem, obesity, mobility issues, medical concerns) we became worried about the deterioration of our well-being if we made similar choices.
We decided to take accountability for our health and habits. With support from our family, friends, and community, we were motivated and able to take positive actions which increased the quality of our lives. Seeing first hand how small changes can be hugely impactful for ourselves, we want to guide people in this world to achieve their goals, live healthy balanced lifestyles while reducing stress. Small L.E.A.P.S. © incorporates lifestyle habit changes to empower people to be the best version of themselves by providing accountability, personalized programs and support.
