Lindsay has a passion for helping others and has worked in the mental health and healthcare field since 2012 as a Registered Practical Nurse.

​

Since 2005, she herself, has been on a health and wellness journey. Going from a pack a day smoker, binge drinker, binge eater, obese and depressed person, to being smoke free, establishing a healthy relationship with food/drinks, living a happier life full of gratitude and living in a healthier body all through shifting mindset, habits, and creating a healthier connection with nutrition, breath and body.

Her personal and work experiences have lead her to the coaching career. She is committed to helping others on their own journey for positive change through small consistent action steps, support and accountability. She believes you have the power and control to make changes to meet your goals and to live your best life.

Lindsay received her health and life coaching certificates from the internationally recognized Health Coach Institute and has received her Breathwork Coach and Meditation Teacher certificates from The Whole Health Project.

Personal Trainer and Boxing Coach Kitchener Waterloo

Melanie Richter

Certified Personal Trainer & Boxing instructor 

Melanie received her diploma in Health & Fitness Promotions from Conestoga College and holds her Fitness Practitioner certification through the Ontario Fitness Council. She has been practicing her true passion of helping others reach their fitness & lifestyle goals since 2015. Acknowledging that self-improvement is an on-going practice, Melanie strives to lead by example by living a holistic lifestyle consisting of regular exercise routines, healthy nutrition and hydration, adequate sleep, along with a variety of self-care activities.

Boxing is her niche, she loves to show others that boxing has physical benefits such as improved coordination, cardio, muscle endurance and mental benefits like confidence and stress relief. 

With positivity, enthusiasm and understanding Melanie will meet your individual needs through a variety of services of online programs, private session, semi private session or boxing classes!
