Service Description

Join Health & Life Coach Lindsay as she takes you though a quick guided breathwork to help bring you to a state of calm. What is Breathwork? The breath is unique in that you don’t actually tell your body to breath and yet you are able to make shifts in how you feel and think, with consciously changing the breath through breathwork. Breathwork can involve being mindful and conscious of your breath and to intentionally manipulate your breath through different exercises. There are a variety of breathing techniques to explore that may improve different aspects of your health. Preparing for your 1st Breathwork Session: ​Dress in comfortable clothing. Avoid eating or drinking in large quantities at least 1 hour prior to your session Use the toilet before each session to reduce being distracted by these bodily functions and to stay present in your practice A yoga mat/comfortable blanket to lay on (some practices work best in a laying position) Additional cushions/pillows, yoga blocks or bolsters to help support your body in different breathwork positions Eye mask to provide additional support in reducing visual distractions or light A notebook if you like to journal after your practice Online Sessions: Ensure you are in a quiet, safe space where you will have no/limited interruptions


Cancellation Policy

YOU MUST READ, UNDERSTAND & AGREE WITH THIS WAIVER BEFORE YOU SIGN THIS AGREEMENT Refund policy: These classes are NO REFUNDABLE. Other: If the Client is late to a session, that time will be forfeited and session will complete at previously agreed upon end time. Cancellation of Sessions Mnium participants: This class requires a minim number of 4 participants to run. If unable to obtain these numbers, refunds will be given. Cancellation of Sessions from Trainer: Due to the length of the class program, if there is a circumstance where the Trainer must cancel a class, a refund in the amount equaling one class will be issued or credit to be use for future programs. Small L.E.A.P.S. Health and Fitness Coaching Release and Waiver: In consideration of package and permission to participate in personal training and boxing training granted me, or my son, daughter if under the age of 18, ward, by Small L.E.A.P.S. Health and Fitness Coaching , I hereby release & discharge Small L.E.A.P.S. Health and Fitness Coaching & any of its coaches, members, or employees from any and all claims, actions, judgments and executions which the undersigned’s heirs, executors, administrators or assigns may have, or claim to have, for all personal injuries, known or unknown and injuries to property, real or personal, caused by or arising out of the participation in the physical activity and sports activity of boxing. I, the undersigned fully understand that physical activity and sports activity has inherent risks involved and I am fully aware of the nature of these risks, but waive rights, claims, cause of action etc., as heretofore, and do hereby assume the risk. I will observe and obey the club rules, values and regulations as established, varied, and posted I will pay my fee as and when due and at the rates set and posted by the club I accept all risk of injury, loss or damage to my property, and any liability arising there from that is occasioned as a result of my participation in the activities of the Small L.E.A.P.S. Health and Fitness Coaching, whenever and however occurring, and whether caused by or contributed to my own act or neglect, or that of the club or of those for whom the club is in law responsible. By signing this waiver, or agreeing to these terms, I confirm that I am over 18 years of age and accept all risks of injury or dangers to me or property and explicitly accepting the physical and legal risk of injury and waiving all my legal rights in this
